An ungodly amount of delicious creamy mayonnaise.
- 5 doz egg yolks
- 3 gal vegetable oil
- 2 gal olive oil
- 1 qt vinegar
- 15 oz lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons dry mustard
- Put eggs yolks, mustard, lemon juice and half of the salt into a mixing bowl.
- Mix at slow speed.
- While still mixing, add oil.
- Continuing to mix, slowly add vinegar when mayonnaise begins to near desired consistency.
And there you have it. Three salad dressing recipes that will produce enough to last the rest of your life.
