An ungodly amount of delicious creamy mayonnaise.

  • 5 doz egg yolks
  • 3 gal vegetable oil
  • 2 gal olive oil
  • 1 qt vinegar
  • 15 oz lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons dry mustard
  1. Put eggs yolks, mustard, lemon juice and half of the salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix at slow speed.
  3. While still mixing, add oil.
  4. Continuing to mix, slowly add vinegar when mayonnaise begins to near desired consistency.
